Motivation as a management function is a process when the leader of the organization encourages employees to act as previously planned and organized, as the success of the company to a certain extent depends on how effective the actions of participants of the production process are. Thus, the motivation of the organization can be regarded as the motivation of members to action. This motivation is, on the one hand, impulsion, imposed on individuals from the outside, but on the other - it is self-motivation.

This newsletter includes many updates of the company, though not all of them are connected with the payment information. However, there is a piece of news that regulates the providers’ payments. The company added a special news piece about the reimbursement in the Anthem Blue Cross. There are several restrictions made, that limited the process of the code and payment. At the same time, it is possible to talk about the advanced compensation policy in the organization. The Anthem Blue Cross employees are able to get the payment only on the fixed dates. Nevertheless, this system provides the employees with the assurance that the company cares about them (Health Insurance Offered by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, 2016). At the same time such system increases the productivity of the employees as they know that in many cases they are able to cover their expenses and receive the reimbursement.
The level of the company’s productivity depends on the attention its management pays to the employees. If there is high level of morale, if the employees know that they can communicate with the company’s management effectively, if they know that their requests will be heard, then there is a good motivation and benefit for the whole organization activity and productivity.
