A football team is as good as its manager, it is said the manager and the coach will determine whether the team will do well or not. This notion has been passed on over the ages and people have been known to follow it through the letter through their past experiences with various coaches of various teams. The impact that the dismissal of a coach will have on a team will determine whether things are going well or not since the bond formed by the team will be shown in their results as they play the matches that follow. When a team performs well then the dismissal was warranted and the coach who has joined the team should stay since the results are positive and vice versa. The impact of a coach can either be positive or negative and is measured by their performance in a competitive environment since it brings out the best and worst of each player. If the team players to the players strength even though it is considered its weaknesses then the coach is considered to be good and vice versa.

A coach can be considered to be the best when all the strengths that he possess. He or she is asses by the tactics , training, player placement, player analysis, goal scored and the tactical score card at all times. This critically analyses the skills and experience the coach has when it comes to deal; with different players with different skill set and experience. The way he combines this to produce a winning team is considered the illusion, which he will sell to the fans and the managers as well. This will give him a positive or negative opinion form the management and will determine whether the sacking is coming or not. The art of balancing all the variables takes a unique talent, which must be looked at and analyzed to ensure the right mixture is brewed to provide a winning donation always. The coach is always at test each day with every practice and game that the team plays all the time always.
