Lesley University, a privately held well known coeducational university has been in the field of education since 2001, prior to which it was eminent as The Lesley School when founded by Edith Lesley in 1909. The university has produced innumerable well educated undergraduates till date and continues to be the best educational hub by providing more than 20 undergraduate majors. I am gratified to know that the students in this university are from diverse cultural backgrounds, which is useful for the international students. I have my career path defined in Business Management, and the courses like the Foundations of Management, and Strategic Management offered by Lesley University in Business Management will guide me to create a leadership niche in my career. My experience in community service earlier will be benefitted by the Not-for-Profit specialization that will improve my expertise. As an average classroom consists of 16 to 20 students with an allotted ratio of 12:1 between the faculty and the student, I consider this facility to be unique as every student gets undivided attention to excel. Learning the working culture and the new technologies of present-day organizations is essential and I am pleased that Lesley University provides an overview of such organizations. The meticulous discussions that are held in small classrooms under the guidance of skilled educators and practitioners will benefit me to improve on my communication skills and build my confidence.
