There are also different business interactions that customers may want to use mobile devices; for example, a customer may want to use an application that handles large number of clients or customers. This may increase the need to research online more frequently than before. This necessitates the manufactures to consider the information the customers seek, the features required, reviews. This may as well include location of the retails outlets. Therefore, the mobile phone in the current error should be able to offer these online customer interactions without a problem.
The need for the customers to have a technologically advanced way of doing business is a requirement in manufacturing of mobile phones. The customers may want to have portable and enhanced capabilities like touch interface, mapping and location features, advanced cameras, texting, and video functions. These features revolutionize the business platforms of the client as well as their social lifestyle. The mobiles must have genuine improvements in the processes of doing business. This aspect was not a feature in the previous application development.
Clients require easier way of banking, reporting accident and other incidences as well as following up of all services that one has enrolled. For example, an app that can photograph an accident, report it to the authorities, find the nearest car hire as well as sending GIS information was developed for the ASAA. Banking apps was developed such that the customer can capture a cheque by photo and automatically submit it to the bank. The app can also display credit balances, shopping services, auto insurance policy information, shopping services, home circle and auto circle buying services, ATM and taxi locators among others. All these were not in the previous list of requirements of mobiles that were mainly used for communication.
