Part B: Reflections
The business article, The Customer Centric Leadership: How to manage strategic customers as assets in B2B markets has deeply explained how a business person can manage one of a business’s greatest assets: its customers in this age of tough global competition. It stresses on the need for businesses to install human resource leaders especially managers who systematically add value and reduce risk together with the customers (Senn, Thoma &Yip, 2013), At times it is not easy to understand how certain things operate unless you directly involve yourself in them. Entrepreneurship is one such complex undertaking. It requires a lot of search for knowledge and capitalizing on the basic theories of business management.
