Re: Reinstatement of Draw Sheet Practices
In most cases, efforts to lower injuries that are associated with the handling of the patients are often based on traditional, personal and scientific evidence. The main reason for this letter is to support the argument by my co-worker Jennifer Moody concerning reinstatement of the draw sheet practices that was previously used in the emergency department.
Despite the strong evidence provided by Jennifer, it is true that most of the workers are having a hard time offering this small services. Using of draw sheet has been proven over decades to be very effective and has shown to significantly reduce injuries to the patients. In additional, it will also make work much easier for the caregivers as some have complained of experiencing musculoskeletal pain and injuries after a long day looking after the patients.
It is my believe that you will look into this matter and reconsider the decision made as I believe the wellbeing of the employees is more important than the operation cost saved.
Reaction 2: Refuting a Request for Financial Assistance
I am humbly writing to you to refute demands that have been made by my fellow co-worker, Mr. Shalonda Williams, who allegedly requested for extra financial support to update the current billing system. Based on my understanding, these claims are immaterial, and they will have little or no effect on the performance of the organization.
I strongly agree that a billing system is very imperative as it is the central aspect of a care process in any organization and it should be updated to promote the convenient of the patient. However, I don't think that major system updates such as this should be done without a critical scrutinization of the current situation. This system should only be updated only if: The convenience of the patient is affected and also when the system is not up to date in comparison with other organization and not due to mere demands like those made by the billing coordinator.
I kindly hope that you will look into the matter before making any decision and therein take necessary action and that you will see more benefits than I do.
