The fact that he did not have technological knowledge towards the situation was unethical in the sense that he was supposed to represent them in truth. Critically, if they could win the bid the lawyer would be liable to the effects, which their model would initiate towards the environment. In a more critical review, the environment group is initiating a role, which interferes with the global environment; hence, undermining human health and the health of other organisms in the society.
