In this paper, the role of Joseph Dunn’s leadership at Ski Emporium and The Deli will be discussed. A good leader is the one who holds a prevailing and a dominating position. A good leader is capable of creating a stimulating visualization of the future and is able to encourage and motivate people to connect with that vision.
Since Joseph Dunn has created a company known as Dunn's Ski Emporium. The company is famous for their highly developed ski equipment and maintenance services. Dunn’s company provides reasonable prices to skiers. The speedy service offered by Dunn's sporting goods store has proved to be beneficial for the company, as skiers now can easily ski. The employees of the company are responsive, well-informed, and well-trained. When Joseph Dunn as a capitalist, planned to expand his business so he considered to buy the restaurant “The Deli”, as he was aware of the fact that George is all set to get retired. Dunn made a decision that his best-selling point to George is to propose a managerial structure based on the visualization and missions of George.
As a legal consultant, it is my duty to guide Joseph Dunn to help him in making his business more successful. As a consultant it is noticeable to illustrate that Joseph Dunn will have to implement a design which will feature and make use of George and the employees of The Deli. It is going to advantageous for the company and will also help the employees in making the business more progressive.
