Memo
Dear; Big Rigs Plazas team members.
Here at Big Rigs Plazas organization we are so happy an rather exited to definitely have you on board as we embark on this journey of ethically changing our blessed Big Rigs Plazas organization. The new adventure about changing the phase of our organization is definitely a hard task that we all in unison need to rise up to the tasks to ensure that our performance meet the state of art expectations required with regards to our performance charter.
Big Rigs Plazas has continuously witnessed some challenges that have seen it as a constraint and bottleneck to the effective performance required making it an emulating public figure organization. This is clearly explained by the fact that the organizational management was about to shutter due to the bottlenecks that were witnessed in the managerial process and the various outside unethical practices that have continuously robbed our organization the dignity to stand strong to make its face shine on all aspects of performance and status quo.
When Kathy Baxter CEO Big Rig Plazas first approached me with regards to the potential ethical performance of this organization, and how to improve it I longed and admired to effectively be part of the solution and become part of this big family.
Since we are going to greater heights and performance, I would like to share with you the possible ethical solutions to the problems identified in the bottlenecks seen in the organization.
- Proper auditing of the organizational items and books of accounts. This will help in the prevention of factors such as the taking kickbacks from a supplier and pocketing some of the petty cash entrusted to them in the operational activities within an organization.
- Setting an organizational culture. The culture will help promote the mutual respect and understanding of the gender and human rights. This prevents such circumstances such as supervisors sexually harassing one of the truck stop's waitresses as witnessed in the previous scenarios.
- Setting strict punishable measures to the employees who violate the rules and the charter of our organization including the mission and objective mission. This is a clear reflection of the organization view of delivering service to humanity and helps them acquire the right and correct products offered in the market and service delivered by our organization. This will help to effectively curb such instances such as allegations of marijuana use in the diesel maintenance/ repair service at one of our truck stops. In addition, the prostitutes alleged to hang out soliciting the truckers who parked overnight on Big Rigs Plazas properties.
- We also recommend the setting of a diverse mutual corporation with other firms to help monitor and evaluate the ethical performance of our staff both inside and outside the organization. An example is an anonymous telephone call made to the CEO claiming that two diesel mechanics had been selling truck stop customers cases of beer off the backs of their pick-up trucks during break times.
- The last ethical recommendation is; companywide attitude survey conducted every six months by the Human Resources Director. This will help monitor the performance of the organizational activities in a wider range and help rate the performance of the employees.
The CEO will ensure proper performance of these recommendations and change the phase of Big Rigs Plazas.
Best regards,
