The industry that addresses these markets is transport and tourism. The trends include having tourist resorts and pollution in the transport sector. The trends that are important to this industry include the use of modern cars to reduce pollution and also providing tour guides for the tourist. The market that we intend to serve is the transport service to tourist and accommodation services. As the number of tourist increase the revenues in our company also increases. The customer purchase decision is influenced by quality of services being offered. The additional information required is to establish the number of students and tourist every month so as to determine peak and off peak.

The targeted consumer is student of south East Asia and tourist who at times are not able to access transport and accommodation services. Their buying decision will be influenced by the quality of services being offered. The major challenge to our product is that we are not able to give accommodation services in the start. The estimated sales per month are 20000 us dollars.
Distribution and sales strategies.
I will use advertisement on television to inform the customers on the existence of this service in the market. The sell closing will be done very fairly in that the customer will not feel exploited. The marketing personnel will be conducting the selling and marketing of this product.
Operation plan
The estimated cost of transport using our taxi is 2-use dollar per customer. The services will be delivered by hiring curbs that will transport our customers as we seek funds to purchase our own cars. The cost of labor and expense is expected to be 1.5dollar per transaction.
Development plan.
Since the risks involved are great we can only start by advertising the services we offer and start with few taxi to avoid suffering great losses. The time that is required to bring a new product in the market is dependent on largely on the popularity of that product. The estimated cost of starting up our business is 25000dollars.It will take as only one month to bring this product in the market but our timeline is not more than two months.
