1. In my opinion, the most important issue is the disparity of opportunities in the working population of the metropolitan areas of China. The opportunity to have a wealthy life in the urban areas of China is by the development of a commerce or manufacture business connected to the exportation markets or to work in an important company. I consider that those conditions for having a well-paid job are only reserved to Chinese people educated in the best colleges and universities in China and the world. In the case to be an entrepreneur in China and develop a successful company depends on the regulations and relations with the official government that may difficult the participation of the company in the manufacture or commerce sector linked to exportation or national distribution. The opportunities are not open to all the Chinese, only a group of Chinese people with good relations with the government and the Communist Party. The previous disparity of opportunities will create a potential discontent in the majority of the population which demands more opportunities and economic liberty.
2. The One Child Policy, used by the government of China until 2014 (Pletcher, 2015), in my opinion helped the country to reduce expenses in health care and education to the country. The policy took the approach of the existent adolescent and adult population to give work labor to the manufacturers and industries of the country to have the longest period of growth in the history of the country from 1970 to 2014. From my point of view, the negative consequences of the One Child Policy are that China will have in the following fifteen years an elder population greater than the young population creating new challenges to the country in health care expenses to the elder people. The one party policy of the country and the discretionarily of the government official create the potential for political corruption, a phenomenon that affects the entrepreneurship and new enterprise developments in China for other countries of the region as India, that has a democracy with more participation and surveillance of the citizens.
