The company intends to offer quality products and services to its consumers by offering cell phone accessories for all models of phones and repairs for dead and malfunctioning phones. The company has a team of experts ready to inform and help the consumers to their cell phone needs and all printing solutions.

The company’s target is one parish but this is prospected to be diversified to other 14 parish churches. This is huge market especially for the printing needs of the churches that depends on one printing company in the market. The company also intends to target the surrounding market of the city dwellers and the general public market in such of market to the cell phone accessories and phone repairs.
Market research was required to provide a degree of certainty to the company’s success. The research results showed that there is one competitor in the market and a need of cell phone accessories and phone repairs because no company provides such a service. This leaves a niche in the market which needs to be covered.

The company faces a rivalry of one competitor in the market which can only referred as indirect because it does not offer services of cell phone accessories and phone repairs.
The competitor company only offers its services to consumers who require printing services that are bulky and major. Eco-Friendly KC Printing and Accessories Inc. plans to counter that by offering services to all types of customers from individual, small scale and large scale businesses. The comp[any is also expecting a market share of more 65% by the end of the third year boosted by increased sales due to consumers loyalty. The only barrier in the market will be how to introduce the new products in the market.
Business model
The business has been modeled to serve the customers from the sales stores in B. Yallahs, St.Thomas, Jamaica W.I. building and for major printing plans can be made for them to be offered in the consumers venue. The company will rely heavily on the outsourcing companies’ that may want to offer contracts of printing. The company will introduce an online payment system to ease the purchasing method and delivering the products and services on the same day.
Pricing and rationale for pricing
There are plans to introduce a price that is competitively lower than the competitors but also realize the objectives of the business of attaining a profit of 20% margin. The sales representatives will first concentrate on informing the consumers about their products and services and making their sales later. Discounts as promotion will be considered to attract more customers to the stores.

The business requires additional funds from interested investors because current share holders can only contribute up to 40%. The company wants to include other interested shareholders on board.
