The first principle is that everyone in the organization is a learner. Both the managers and the staff must recognize the importance of learning and should participate in the formal and informal activities. The second principle is that the employees not only learn in the formal learning set up. They also learn in the informal way, which involves observing others and listening. The third principle is about change and learning. When employees become open to learning, they recognize that change is an important thing for the organization. The fourth principle is that the organization needs to recognize learning to be an investment and not an expense to the organization. The last principle is that learning should be a continuous process and not just a one-time event.
In the modern workplace, technology can be as important as personnel can. Do you believe it is necessary to balance personnel management and technology management?
