Introduction
The article by Xiaowei Cai, Lindsey Higgins, and Marianne McGarry Wolf in the journal International Food and Agribusiness Management Review discussed if social collaboration and technology in higher education benefit women in the agribusiness industry. The authors are discussing how tools used in higher education impacts the student’s confidence and further help them to develop confidence in their careers. The authors have performed the research with a survey of 408 agriculture students. The results of the survey have displayed that in comparison to males, female students had a larger impact on their due to technology and social collaboration, especially in terms of their interest in the topics, confidence taken from the classroom and knowledge developed about the discussed events (Cai, Higgins & Wolf 93).

All concepts combine to form a well defined introduction that is reliant on the information collected from reliable sources. Also, defining and explaining these concepts help the authors build reader’s attention and relate with the main objective of the research.
Literature Review
Most of the literature used in the article relates to the main topic and builds an intriguing article for the readers. Also, the secondary sources used in the article are from other academic journals and related to topics such as education, agribusiness, web-based education, social media, and gender gaps, gender communication, etc. The authors have used all these sources and topics to build their case and prove that women have a larger impact on their life after being exposed to technology and social collaboration in the classroom. This displayed when they apply for job interviews and have the confidence from the classroom activities to communicate and display their point of view. Overall, the literature review helps the authors to create a need for conducting a survey of agribusiness students and come to a conclusion regarding their initial question.
