My Natural Style
Leadership style is something which often defines the person's actions and behaviors, thereby identifying which style I have is greatly important. Having done the assessment, I have discovered from the results that my natural style of leadership is experience guide, and unnatural one – the ambassador.
When I'm Good
My natural style helps me to connect and build good relationships with people. As experienced guide, I easily empathize with others and keep being extremely willing to help them with the problems of others. As a good listener, I have acquired a great level of knowledge in diverse topics which enabled me to be well-equipped with a wide range of subjects. Therefore those who seek a piece of advice eventually find themselves approaching me for it, and feel revealing to share their problems with someone who is ready to understand and listen.
But When I’m Bad
A bad side of being an experienced guide is that it is actually hard for me to refuse to anyone who asks for help. The lack of persistence that is illustrated in my unnatural skill of the ambassador makes me not persistent enough to pursue my own goals and get what I actually want.
Furthermore, even though I willingly help others, to choose the best in my own life may be the greatest challenge for me. As it is claimed, the experienced guides are down from the top positions. Thereby my impact on people may be really great, the one I take a great satisfaction in.
