Welcome to the next generation of Vietnamese fast-food restaurants, where we invite our customers to make your own “down home” foods inspired by mom and pop’s famous family recipes. Here we not only invite you in, but we also let you help yourself. You are the chefs, we are the mentors. And what do you get from this experience? Well you get to know what’s in your food and how it got there; you get fast-food that is just that fast but of course DELICIOUS WHY? Because our parents fed us on this food and we turned out great, or so we like to think. Now we are here to share this experience with you, because well, you know “food somehow tastes better when mom” makes it.
The make your own experience can be as simple as walking in and putting together your plate with laid out cooked and fresh ingredients – just like making a sandwich out of the fridge on a late Friday night. Or, it can be a take your time, smell the aromas, do a little dance to Vietnamese home sounds, all while you ask us to help you with your creations. Not only do we inspire you to have passion for your food, but we also want you to ask about the recipes and their history.
