The court system has on its shoulders responsibilities that it is bestowed upon by the government. The courts systems ensure that law and order are observed in the different parts that the system exercises its powers. The courts systems are also responsible of ensuring that the different cases that it encounters, both criminal and civil are solved in the fairest way and does not jeopardize the rights of one member group. The courts systems are established in such a way they conform to both the local rules as well as the international rules.
There are different ways through which the different types of courts use in the eradication of crime in the community. The courts in Virtual have been using different traditional approaches in dealing with the problem of the Very Bad Bike Club (VBBC). There are correctional centers where some of the members who were arrested were taken. These correctional centers are run by the community, and the hope that the have is that the people who have been detained will have a change of heart as well as behavior. In Virtual, there is the parole system where some of the criminals are released and placed under the supervision of parole officers. The parole officers ensure that the people who have been released remain under the law without causing troubles. The court system of Virtual also uses the State Prison where the convicted criminals are taken. The convicted criminals are placed under the watch of the prison guards who ensure that they maintain peace among themselves. The convicted criminals are always convicted if they are found to be guilty of the charges that the law enforcement agencies have charged a person with.
The practical ways of solving crime in the city of Virtual are; the court system needs to create correctional committees among the citizens who will aid in the judging of the cases inside the city that are somehow community related. The court system in Virtual needs to propose a statute to the government that will ensure all transport means are counter-checked before and after entering the city. The court system should also enact rules that will prevent the civil servants from holding their respective positions in the judiciary for long. The action will prevent the friendship ties that are developed between the correctional officers, the judges, as well as the inmates. The court officials should also be changed regularly so as to allow new personnel the chance to bring in new ideas that will be used to solve the criminal activities in the city.
The reluctance to change the strategies that are used in crime prevention, and correction has been attributed to several reasons in the whole community of Virtual. There are mixed feelings that are developed when the different security dockets in the community are asked to unite in the war against the terror group of VBBC. The mixed feelings are, as a result, of the different priorities that the different security groups have. There are groups that have benefited such as the detention centers where the crime level and unrest among prisoners have decreased. There are other groups that are money oriented and do not feel the social responsibility ensure that the crime levels are reduced.
The little co-operation between the police officers and the member of the public has also been a great problem that has led to the reluctance of ensuring that the strategies are put into effect. If the cooperation between the law enforcers and the public were high, the criminals would be forced to reduce their criminal activities around the Virtual community. The members of the law enforcement agency have been present in the area for a long time. There should be changes so as to pave the way for the new methods that will be used in the elimination of crime.
However, there are different issues that can be solved in the court system to allow the courts a chance to customize itself to the society that it operates under. There are different societies that have different rules that they follow and certain traditions may only apply to one community and not all. The indifference in the composition of different forms of communities allows the change of different statutes to match the communities that the court system represents. These are the different methods that can be used to motivate the present strategy so as to bring in results.
The other methods that can be used to alter the present strategies would be a change and integration of a new member from different areas into the law enforcement agency. The new members will bring in methods that they have seen in the different areas that they would come from. The current agencies should be subjected into seminars that will be used to show them the extent of the harm caused by the VBBC group in the Virtual community. The seminar and educational forums would be used to create an interest to solve the crime among the different groups of law enforcement that are present. Educating the public about the harm of harboring criminals will also help in the eradication of crime. Provision of more chances of work will give some of the criminals the chance to contribute positively to the community and the presence of jobs reduces the number of crimes committed in society.
In conclusion, there are several ways that can be used to solve the crimes that affect our different societies. The integration of the different methods of fighting crime improves the chances of success to the communities that apply the methods. The presence of the public in the crime eradication is also important and critical to all law enforcement agencies.
