Juvenile delinquency is caused by the general rules of crime and has its own characteristics. They are mainly associated with age-related, psychological, and other individual differences of juvenile offenders and the mechanism of criminal behavior, and a manifestation of the influence of circumstances, the dynamics, the structure of their crime, demographic, and many other factors that relate to various socio - economic, moral and psychological spheres. Youth crime is a dangerous negative phenomenon. It is part of organized crime. In this case, it is a risk, in particular, it is the mode of existence of the youth criminal environment. Its existence is a reflection of the special economic and social situation that has developed in recent decades. Knowledge of youth crime is not the only key in the development of the most effective methods to prevent it, but also the knowledge of tomorrow's organized crime. In this regard, success in combating youth crime will not only reduce crime tension in the country, but, in fact, is the prevention of organized crime tomorrow. This explains the relevance of this research, the characteristics of the nature and methods of combating youth crime.
In the population of young people there is a "high risk group", which includes persons burdened with a load of trouble that emerged in childhood and adolescence ("echo vices minority"). Youth crime is a kind of a symptom of the disease in a state: the economy, political structures, social arrangements, culture, legal system, etc. In this sense, the knowledge of youth crime contributes to the solution of general social problems at the highest level and thus goes far beyond purely criminological problems. Results of the study convinced that, firstly, the extent of youth crime and its social consequences allows us to consider it to be one of the most important factors of criminal destabilization of the social system. The youth crime is not only inevitable, but also the specific evil. This specificity must be known in all its main features, and the basis for the activities of the opposition.
Despite of various policies and programs that tend to decrease the number of juvenile delinquency, one can see that the situation has not improved. The only key to develop effective methods of preventing youth crime is thorough and detailed acknowledgement of its causes and tomorrow of organized crime. Therefore, it is possible to state that fighting against juvenile delinquency will not only decrease the number of crimes within the country, but also prevent the development of organized crime in the future. In this regard, success in combating youth crime will not only reduce crime tension in the country, but, in fact, is the prevention of organized crime tomorrow.
One can see that juvenile delinquency is an incredibly serious and acute problem nowadays in modern community of the United States. Unfortunately, efforts that are being implemented to fight against this adverse concept are not enough to completely prevent youth to enter criminal organizations or being involved in criminal deeds. Nevertheless, it is essential to define some of the most effective and important programs that are not implemented and that try to lower the number of people involved into youth crime. In my opinion, one of the most effective and vital programs that is now being used by official government is Aggression Replacement Training ("Juvenile Delinquency Prevention", 2016). With the help of this program it is possible to promote children and adolescents with decent behavior, chancing aggression to pro-social attitude towards life. As it was already mentioned, juvenile delinquency is rarely evoked in economically and socially stable families – most of teenagers that are involved in juvenile delinquency are from poor families, or from families with domestic violence, substance abuse, etc., which is explained with the help of social strain theory (Thompson & Bynum, 2012). Therefore, being able to show the better side of the world, changing the very psychological health of a delinquent is essential, and to be honest, quite effective, as results show that most of teenagers that are undergone this program showed no evidence of further criminal activity.
Another effective program that has to be mentioned is Gang Reduction Program, which tend to reduce the number of people who willingly or unwillingly enter criminal groups, organizations, and gangs ("Gang Reduction Program", 2016). First of all being able to communicate with teenagers is the main goal of this program, as with the help of decent and effective communication, professionals from this program are able to persuade teenagers not to commit crime. In my opinion with the help of such programs that directly influences adolescents and prevent them from causing any damage to the community they live in.
I believe that improvement of social life, and providing all children from poor families, families with substance abuse, domestic violence, and simply families with criminal history with decent control, supervision, and protection would be one of the most effective ways to start improving the situation. Due to the fact that children who are brought up in an adverse atmosphere could not but are influenced by behaviors and attitudes of their parents, family, and surroundings, adolescents are turning into criminals. Therefore, providing more strict control for children, protecting from abuses and adverse influence would be a perfect way to deal with increasing number of juvenile delinquencies.
