RE: INABILITY OF THE COMPANY TO REPLACE/REFUND THE REFRIGERATOR
The company regrets to inform you that it will not be able to offer a refund or a replacement for your refrigerator as requested. The warranty terms clearly stated that a refund or replacement could only be facilitated if the damage happened within the first year of purchase. The above mentioned equipment has been in your possession for over two years and does not, therefore, qualify for the warranty services. The denial of the warranty does not imply that you cannot receive extra services from the company. The company acknowledges the fact that, as the original manufacturer and supplier of the equipment, our team of experts can offer the necessary assistance to ensure the equipment functions once more. The repairs will be facilitated at a reasonable fee depending on the magnitude of the damage.
The company would like to bring to your attention that the one year guarantee given for the machines is to guarantee our customers of the quality services offered. A refund or repair can only be facilitated if it is ascertained that the damage was caused by a technical failure on the side of the company. The company will hence not take any liability, even within the warrant year, of the equipment if the damage was caused by carelessness on the part of the customer. It is important for a customer to read all the terms and conditions of the warranty offer that accompany the equipments. Proper guidelines should also be observed in handling the equipment by reading the user manual.
