A manager must remain sensitive to the evolution of a coherent framework that is adaptable by the employees. Managers must be able to exercise control and moral courage to ensure they outperform their rivals in the market. New era of managers must be able to enhance cooperation during research and development (Schultz, 2008). Mangers must use ethics and values in an adaptive approach. To respond to the latest trend in the global markets, managers will have to intensify their strategic goals by being vigilant and aggressive of competition from the international markets. Globalization brings with it an era of technological advancement where the development ion and retention of employees is a hot topic. Organizations that attain their goals do so with the contribution of qualified staff. Competent employees secure high turnovers for firms and managers must remain concerned to their needs to make them better. In a global market, there are participants from many regions and managers must adopt a multicultural approach.
