RE: INTERRUPTION OF THE BUILDING SCHEDULE
We at (enter contractors name) are humbled by the continued support that you have accorded our real estate enterprises throughout the years. This year, we embarked on an ambitious plan to expand our business into neighbouring countries. So far, we have acquired more than three hundred acres abroad, and elaborate plans to establish housing units have started in earnest. So far, construction has started for more than half of the planned one thousand units and there are plans to buy more land in anticipation of an immense growth in the year 2017.
However, the builder in charge of all international constructions no longer works with the company. His employment contract was terminated due to disagreements in the execution of his duties and responsibilities at the organisation. The board of the organisation reached this decision after extensive deliberations with the board of directors as well as the senior managers. During these deliberations, the aboard established that the actions of the builder compromised the company’s quality standards. Furthermore, such actions eroded the trust that clients had bestowed on the company. As a result, we regret to inform you that the process of completing the housing units will not proceed at the expected rate. Specifically, the company will suspend the construction activities until it is able to recruit competent and established head builder who will be able to complete the remaining work.
