Organization’s policy
Victoria Tech Solution is committed to the provision of Business conduct and Ethical Code of Ethics that will be used to guide the conduct of all the employees and the engagement with the clients. The organization expects all the staff to observe the all the rules and uphold integrity in their conduct. The organization’s ethical conducts include;
1. Respect for all the employees
The organization is committed to the provision of a working environment where all the employees are treated with respect and dignity. Victoria Tech solution is determined to the development of such working condition since it enhances the full potential of each of the employee a fact that is of great significance to the success of the organization.

As an organization, we gain credibility by displaying integrity, honesty and executing organizations goals through honorable demeanor. When considering doing any action, it is imperative for one to ask himself if his course of action will lead to the development of credibility and trust.

At Victoria Tech Solution, we advocate for every employee to speak out his mind, with regard to ethical concerns. Managers are required to create a supportive and open working environment whereby the employees are free to raise any issue of concern. Both the employees and the organization benefit enormously when employees have the autonomy to as patient questions that will prevent the occurrence of mistakes (Demirtas, 2013). Victoria Tech Solutions will thoroughly investigate all the reported cases. In the event that one is found guilty of unethical behavior. The organization will take necessary disciplinary actions with regard to the stipulated code of conduct.
4. Setting of the ethical tone at the top management
The organization's management has a responsibility of demonstrating the importance of the organization's ethical conduct through their actions. Ethical behavior does not just happen; instead, it is a product of direct and clear communication on the expectations of the organization. Managers must be role models and must address all the issues raised by the employees in an ethical manner. Ethics of dialogue between the employees and management is imperative for the success of the organization.
5. Upholding of the rule of law
The organization's commitment to integrity starts with compliance with the laws and regulations while on duty. In addition, it is important for every employee to familiarize himself with the organization's laws, policies, and rules that are applicable to specific roles and duties. In the event that one is not sure his actions are permitted by the company, the individual is encouraged to seek advice from the management. All the employees have a responsibility of protecting the code of ethics and preventing violation of the company laws (Evans, 2015).
6. Competition and fair play
Victoria Tech Solution is dedicated to vigorous and fair competition. The organization will sell its services and products based on quality, merit, competitive pricing, and functionality. Victoria tech Solutions will not solicit improper gratuities or payments from its competitors. The organization will not engage in an unlawful boycott of particular products from the competitors.
7. Confidentiality and selective disclosure
Employees are advised to be careful when disclosing information to the public. It is important for one to seek authority before disclosing any information. The organization is dedicated to using the appropriate channels of communication while engaging with the public.
8. Conflict of interest
Employees are advised to desist from activities or relationships that will impair their ability to make fair and objective decisions while executing organizations duties. Sometimes, employees’ personal interests may be in conflict with the interest of the organization. All employees owe Victoria Tech Solution a duty to uphold legitimate interest when the need arises. Employees should not use information or property of the company for personal gain (Evans, 2015).
9. Record Keeping
Employees are advised to accurately enter organizations data according to our accounting principles must desist from influencing the manipulation of data and audit reports.
10. Accountability
All employees have a responsibility of knowing and upholding standards and values set in this ethical code of conduct. It is important to employees to ask if they are not certain about the organization's policies. It is our responsibility to protect this ethical code and report any form of violation to the relevant department.
According to Evans (2015), the ten ethical code of conduct is important in the defining the engagement between the organization and the employees. Also, the rules are of great significance in informing how the employees interact with the customers so as to enhance the competitiveness of the organization
The code of conduct can be effectively implemented through orientation when a new employee enters the organization. Also, it is important for the organization to develop an open communication infrastructure that ensures that all employees are aware of the rules. Training and workshops are also important forums that the organization can use to make the employees familiarize with the rules (Demirtas2015).
