Ethics in business or management are the most essential attributes expected to be manifested in individuals. They approve of a working environment that is conducive. Some of the ethics are derived from the social norms that are deemed essentially and common to every member of the society. Ideally, there are different ethics that are deemed important for an organization, firm or society to operate peacefully.
Initially, the act of living is one of the most common but important aspects in ethics. For a person to be productive, he or she has to have a sense of personal fulfillment. There are some basic requirements for one to achieve this status. One has to be free from depression and anxiety. These aspects assist the individual to be free from indecision state. Stable mental status encourages cognitive reasoning amongst other members of the fraternity. One embraces commitment and acceptance.
On the other hand, the act of cheating is termed as the deceptive norm of doing wrong through defilement of the already enforced legislature. At most times, this is done when one has the intention of gaining favors or advantage over others.it is likely to impeach the existing good relationship between close parties. The same case applies to cheating where one possesses something in the wrong manner. It could be categorized in the same category as the human right based violations.
Finally, the ethics provide that any obligation to do something is supposed to do so without failing. However, omission is an act where one fails to act as obliged. It is important to note that where punishment is due, the law count one liable of the consequences that follow after an obligation is not adhered to. Most importantly, when one takes responsibility for his duties, there is a safe and sound relationship. When one omits to do something and prefers to cheat or even steal from a member of the fraternity, he or she deserved to get punished.
Conclusively, ethics is not meant to punish or restrict someone from freedom. However, they act as a guideline that will help people to coexist with their distinct different cultures and believes. Essential rules enable goals to be achieved in an organization or any form of group.
