The program design on the evaluation of health promotion and disease prevention focused on the state of the chronic disease. It was intriguing to learn that the effect of the chronic diseases has been appreciated to a negligible extent by the society and the various health institutions in relevance to the severe social and economic impact on the population (Fuster & Kelly, 2010, p. 26).The chronic disease is a national problem and as a result, consideration was in regards to the entire population from kids to the elderly, women to males. Chronic illnesses account for 60% of the total deaths globally especially in the middle-income areas where the focus is the infectious ailments (Basch, 2013).
The ethical implications and practices in this project paid attention on the objectives of health promotion and health prevention of the chronic diseases by enhancing exchange, expanding boundaries and transfer of the promising health promotion and the basic prevention endeavors. As Dowdy (2015) asserts, “To develop ethical practice, there is a need to come up with a robust and acceptable strategy for what in reality implies ‘good practice’(p. 59).”This is called for upon among the health practitioners so as to aid in curbing this growing impediment and create a healthy nation and continent
The advantages of this program are in extensive helping to know the causes, ultimate solutions, and effective and suitable ways of implementation to the population. Insufficient and inconsistent financing and diversification in the prevention promotion are some of the key disadvantages in dealing with promoting health and prevention of the same. The only disadvantage to the project revolves on the concern for the victims and or the cause agents. Chrodis is a suitable and effective platform where the publications of this work will prove good reach. International Journal of Medical Research and Health Sciences is the other appropriate medium that publication of the project can be done.
