The employment you should seek is one that is allowed by the laws of your home country.
Some jobs are considered unethical by various sectors of the society. Most Christian organizations do not support abortion. A Christian, who is also a moralist, will not be comfortable working as a doctor who performs an abortion. Personal philosophies of success should also be taken into consideration.
Employers are also interested in the methods that will be employed to bring the desired results. Potential employees promise to bring amazing results that the business has never witnessed before. The enthusiastic employees fail to realize that the employers are carefully scrutinizing the methods. Job applicants should be conversant with the modern management styles. Leadership methods that were employed in the Industrial society should not be mentioned anywhere during the interview.
