Nutritional information
According to the US Department of Agriculture, Spaghetti is one of the most enjoyed meals by children in the United States. The spinach noodles are also a good alternative to broccoli which children hate. They are a good source of potassium, iron and vitamin K. The chocolate pudding which can be easily made at home is a sweet and nutritious dessert instead of the processed protein bars which contain preservatives which can be harmful to the health of children. Passion juice is also served in many restaurants and is thus easily available. While kids will be enjoying this meal, their parents will be sure that their children are getting enough nutrients that will ensure their physical growth. The meal will provide enough proteins for skeletal and soft tissue formation while carbohydrates that will provide the children with energy to learn and play. The meal also has important vitamins and minerals such as calcium for strong bones and teeth, iron for red blood cell formation, Vitamin A for healthy skin formation and Vitamin K for blood clotting since many children are prone to bruises and cuts from playing.
