Super Urgent orders – 3-6h:
No drafts needed.
Urgent orders – 12-24h:
W is not late – no drafts needed.
W is late - request a draft. Ask the c about possible extension, add time to w.
Not urgent orders:
Half of the w’s deadline has not passed (check in the assignment message) – extension without drafts.
Half of the w’s deadline has passed (check in the assignment message) – to request a draft and then provide the extension needed.
Clarification status:
C’s fault: the c did not provide clarification for a long time despite our messages/calls/e-mails – no draft needed.
W’s fault: clarifying questions after a half of his deadline passed. Setting on clarification to clarify payment or deadline – draft needed in all cases. Draft is not needed when the half of the ddl has not passed.
Summary:
When the writer has to upload a draft in order to get an extension:
1. No note to myself.
2. Leave a reminder: “Extend the ddl till 00.00 when draft uploaded”.
When the writer uploads a draft in order to get an extension:
1. Kill the reminder.
2. Check the amount of work done (see the table below).
3. If everything is alright, leave the note: Extended the ddl till 00h00m – w uploaded draft/ Added 00h00m – w uploaded draft.
