The clients take the initiative to provide the company with feedback by commenting on the posts placed on the Facebook page. Besides, AMP also uses its website to market its services to the clients. Its website provides important information about the services it offers among many others. It is through this information where it can secure attract and retain its clients. Furthermore, the partnership utilizes training institutions to market its services. The training institutions focus on equipping the members with enough skills to enhance their services. It is through these institutions where seminars are organized that allow the veterans and various companies supported by the partnership with part and discuss issues concerning the Maritimes services. In so doing, the maritime members take the initiative to market their services to all.
The human resource of the American Maritime Partnership is dedicated to enhancing efficiency in the operation of the partnership. The fleet has approximately five hundred thousand jobs. It plays a great role in training the maritime officers. The training is geared towards improving the skills and knowledge that is important defending the nation against both domestic and international threats. The human resource also plays a great role in offering domestic maritime transportation of raw material supplies for the U.S. industries.
