Charlie's Angels was a popular drama television series in the 1970s. It’s a series that focus on crime drama about three women who work for an organization that deals with private investigations of crimes. The series was aired for 5 years from 1976 to 1981. It is one off the most successful primetime television series during that period. The story involves three Angels that graduated from a police academy and they were all assigned to carry out special duties which will entails handling switchboards and traffic control. The three of them decided to quit the job and start to work for another body where they tend to work as the private investigators using their trainings and skills.

Jacquelyn Ellen Smith is a 66 years old American actress and businesswoman. She became popular as a result of her role in the television series Charlie’s angels. She was born in Houston, Texas and graduated from high school before entering into showbiz. She has had several collapsed marriage. She stopped acting after the break of the third marriage. She then planned to dedicate her life to her children. She has also launched her clothing line too (Yahoomovies.com). Although the character Jacquelyn Ellen played was not stable throughout the episodes of the movie simply because the episodes was not completed within a specified period of time.
After graduating from the college, with a modelling career in mind, she had the opportunity to participate in some adverts and modelling works. She had previously played some minor roles in some movies before the Charlie angels. Those movies include: the Goodbye, Columbus where she played the role of wedding Guest, The adventures where she played the role of Girl journalist and the Probe where she played the role of stewardess. She was not popular until she participated in the television series. It was her lead role in this TV series that contributed greatly to her popularity. The implication of the roles she had played before the Charlie’s angel TV series and her personality is that which could be concluded as Charlie’s angel dependent. The reason for this is because she had up to two or three different roles in some movies before her lead role in Charlie’s angel. Her status was greatly improved and she became very popular because of the TV series. Hence it could be concluded that the series influenced her status and contribute to her personality.

There is nothing like her getting to own a show. The only thing that she entered was getting involved in business. Since the history of the movies, she has never had any movie with such reputation. The implication of this is that which shows the importance of media such as movies on the personality of individual.
