This can be possible whereby the relationship between the two individuals should be characterized by a sense of security and regulation. This shows that there are qualities in a relationship that assists both parties to feel safe, regulated and interested in each other (Oberklaid & Kaminsky, 2006 p76). Thus, this shows that if both parties are available for each other when they are in need; then there will be a balance in their relationship that would lead to a rhythm where each one feels safe and synchronized. Coles, L & porter, E, 2008Moreover, there is the play therapy that influences a child to enter into a dynamic relationship with therapist which enables them to explore, express and make sense of their difficult and painful experiences that they have encountered (Duggan & Walker, 2008 p80). Thus, play therapy assists the child to find healthier ways of communicating develop fulfilling relationships and facilitate emotional literacy to the child (Douglas & Liu, 2008 p127). Hence, this shows that play is the window that adults view how a child see’s himself/herself. It elaborates as to how the interaction with the therapist, how they approach problems and how they understand the world around them.
The child can be assisted by the use of Educational therapy that encourages direct teaching into a therapeutic situation and learning difficulties are observed in relation to underlying emotional difficulties (Paul, 2007 p37). This can be expressed through story telling and art as an important way of assisting the child. This therapy is achieved whereby the child is taken back to an earlier educational activity known as ’educational regression’ that assists the child back to an educational level that had been forgotten (Morgan, Omahoney & francis, 2008 p59). The therapist ought to use simple language that the child is able to elaborate and understand what is required of him/her to undertake. The child ought to be communicated at with a low tone that doesn’t scare the child away (DiClemente & Crosby, 2009 p52). The child should be told what to do therapeutically by consoling them hence this would lead to mutual understanding among the two parties.

Oral health: This can help in assessment whereby professionals need to increase child healthcare needs by making efforts that promote more collaboration among professional organizations and to organize preventive and early (Lundy & Janes, 2009 p48) childhood programs that assist the child.
Height: The height of the child should be checked in order for one to if the weight of the child concurs with his height (Pillitteri, 2009 p77). If the height is accurate with the body weight, then this indicates that the child is growing at healthy rate.
Respirations; It is important to keep track of normal respiratory rate in a child since an abnormally high or low breath per minute can lead to health problems (White, Duncan & Baumle, 2010 p124). Thus, the therapist ought to be in the position of assisting the child to maintain a normal respiratory breath that helps the child live longer and healthier.
Pulse: The therapist can assist the child by checking the his/her pulse rate (Grisham, 2010 p95). This has to be done to confirm hoe well the heart is working, find the cause of the symptom and the general health and fitness of the child.
Temperature: The child’s temperature should be kept normal at all times as a change would definitely lead to fever. Weight: This can be used to assist the child from being obese while assessing the precise weight that the child should have (Moyse, 2009 p37). In the event of one being obese the can get sick easily, hence this shows that the child should maintain a normal weight hence avoiding being sick.

This entails how the therapist goes about with the child in order to achieve his goal in assisting the child at the desired pace. These questions include: (1) what prenatal care did the child receive and what was his or her birth?

Nutrition: it is advisable for the child to use nutritious foods and elements that can assist him or her gain a healthy life.
Family Structure: The family members have to have a structured pattern that supports the child for this helps the child to be aware that he is cared for by the parents.
Family Activities: the child ought to participate in family events like going for picnics in order to clear their mind from school work and any other type of stress that they might be going through.
Friendships and Activities Undertaken with Friends: This is where a child participates in a particular activity with the friend with the intention of relaxing the mind and absorbing new things from the friend.
