Everyone at Food Inc values your leadership. You have guided this organization to become what it is and from my experiences, you always welcome new ideas. All employees value you as a person. With your blessings and input, the organization has been able to help more and more individuals in the community. Unity is what drives us as an organization. The community learns a lot from us. Through us, they are able to educate other members of the community.
I would like to suggest an idea and would like to hear your views and suggestions regarding the idea. I find it very valuable to organize a company’s fun day for the employees. I know that we are all dedicated to our work especially you since you are busy, and I believe having a fun day would help instill more zeal and motivate the employees to be more committed to their work. Despite some studies indicating that team-building effects may not work, I believe the element of fun needs to be implemented in the activities. Most of the high performing organizations in the 21st century depend on the ability of people to work well together. Fun activities are a low risk. It will help provide as a safe environment for individuals who make mistakes. The activities will involve problem solving activities and employees getting to know one another better. This will foster positive communication and improve communication skills among the employees.
Having a fun day at Tucson Park will help break the monotony of continuous work among the employees. The level of enthusiasm and energy has been declining among the employees and having such a day can help motivate the employees. Furthermore, having such a day on a regular basis can be helpful in improving the dynamic relationship between the management and employees. In the future, the activities can evolve to include corporate social responsibility. This will help instill a social responsible attitude among the employees. Additionally, fun day involving different activities can promote a number of attributes among the employees. Activities that improve self-awareness are critical in ensuring that creative nature of employees is increased. Additionally, having such a day will help show employees how important they are to the organization. The activities may help increase productivity among the employees. Studies indicate a positive relationship between pleasure and productivity. The employees’ dedication in participating in the activities can help increase their ability to retain and participate in other office work. Pleasure will serve as a very powerful motivator for the employees.
With your help in terms of sponsoring the event, we can make this fun day to be a regular activity in the organization. The various activities will aim to involve having fun, sharing ideas and being involved in constructive conversations. The activities will involve having fun with the kids, helping in cleaning the park and employees participating in creative plays in the park. Board games like monopoly and scrabble will also be included and tug of war. I will be responsible for organizing all the activities and spearheading the event. Your presence will be of valuable nature as it will help show the employees your commitment to them.
