Trade can be defined as the process of transferring of goods or services’ ownership from one individual or entity to another individual or entity in exchange for money or other goods or services. Globalisation, one of the most influential trends of modern world, is known to be the process of international integration associated with world interchange of ideas, products, views, and other cultural and economic aspects. International trade, the exchange of goods, services, and capital across international territories, is regarded to be one of the fundamental elements of this global interaction. Globalisation needs to be understood as the process of international integration associated with world interchange of ideas, products, views, and other cultural and economic aspects. In terms of the notion of the globalisation, it is reasonable to make the analysis of the concept of Americanisation. The term “Americanisation” is used for denoting the impact of American culture, economy, and political power on the culture as well as on economic and political culture of the countries outside the U.S. It is regarded that the United States of America, due to the country’s most influential economy and army in the world, tend to define greatly the way the rest of the world is acting.
The concept of electronic herd, proposed by Friedman, is used for describing current tendencies characteristic for the world marketplace. In accordance with the concept, global marketplace tends to be a specific electronic herd consisting of anonymous bonds and stocks and multinational investors joined by wide networks and screens. In terms of this electronic herd there are two principal types of cattle: the short-horn one, including investors buying bonds, stocks, hedge funds, and other financial instruments, and the long-term one, covering, multinational corporations engaged in huge direct foreign investment.

The term “McDonaldization” signifies the trend of adopting by the cultures from all over the world the fast-food restaurants’ characteristics, particularly, the efficiency, predictability, calculability, and control. Imitating, to certain extent, the behaviour of American fast-food restaurants, the cultures from different parts of the world tend to reconsider traditional models of thought and implement into rational and scientific management into these models.
