Importance of coming to class regularly and on time
It is important for students to come in class regularly and on time since they will benefit from gaining a firm knowledge. The student who attends classes regularly have the abilities to memorize the information taught longer duration compared to those absent from class. They are also in a better position to participate in class discussions and work in groups, in the process of sharing information. They regular class attendants will always capture the first hand information from the instructors and this will add on the skills and awareness. Those who frequently attend classes and keep time have direct instruction from their tutors and sometimes they learn by mistakes when they are corrected. The learners that miss classes may be affected by information asymmetry and this will affect their performance and participation in classwork.
Another critical benefit to those who attends classes regularly is that they in a position develop and enhance their skills and this result to achievements. When one is always in class, he will be a selective listener, contributes actively in class and automatically, he will improve the speaking, presentation and listening skills. On the other hand, students who abstain from classroom activities have problems in handling life. They face many challenges in solving unexceptional situations because their knowledge is limited. For an individual to improve on life skills, a requirement is to regularly attend classes and keep time.
Nevertheless, learners who always attend classes develop social skills and they easily interact both in class activities and real-life. In addition, they are good timekeepers and they understand that, time wasted is never recovered. However, they easily realize their flaws and works towards fixing them for their own benefit. Furthermore, absence from classroom disrupts the minds of learners and they remain unsettled due to lack of concentration. The interruptions deny the learner a sequence of cumulative understanding affecting his performance in exams.
Time is an imperative resource for successful people. Anybody who fails to keep time faces many challenges in life and is always associated with failure. If one fails to honor time, the discipline in him deteriorates. Keeping time helps us to be consistent in the way we perform our activities and do things in the right manner. Thus, any student who fails to keep time have low levels of discipline and faces inconsistencies in performance
When a learner pays attention, he is in a position to memorize the information taught in the classroom. Paying attention in class presents with many benefits including absorption of knowledge through sight and hearing, capturing the right details and gaining an understanding of the subject taught in class. Attentive students focus on success and they worry less about exams and assignments. They will always raise questions in areas that are not clear during lessons and the instructors elaborate the points for them to capture the important bits. Attentiveness develops the hearing skills and this helps the students to boost their knowledge.
As illustrated above, I believe that the regular attendance and keeping time in class is the most crucial factor helping students their abilities because of the numerous benefits. The learners will grasp firsthand information, builds on his knowledge and improve the essential skills. Therefore, students must attend classes regularly, observe time and study positively to improve their understanding in life.
