Power Point Presentation of Prevent Child Obesity
The importance of a good health foundation for the children is seen in the prevention measures of obesity in children. This is a battle that can be won, even by children who are at risk, or children who are already obese. The input of the parent in this role is very valuable. It involves taking a child for screening annually, encouraging exercise, providing a balanced diet and also emotional support for the child. It cannot be left upon the government to make policies and framework to guide efforts in preventing obesity from the national level. The input of the parent in involving the child is the most effective way (Davies, Fitzgerald & Mousouli, 2008).

Skin Cancer Prevention Power Point
The battle in the prevention of skin cancer should embrace two perspectives. While learning of how skin cancer can be prevented is important, it is also necessary to raise awareness that skin cancer is preventable. One of the most important ways of preventing skin cancer is ensuring that one visits the doctor periodically for check up because the successful treatment of skin cancer is predicated on early detection (Alberts & Hess, 2008). In addition to this, it is necessary to use products that protect the skin from the harmful ultraviolet rays from the sun, avoiding the midday’s sun, wearing protective clothing and avoiding tanning beds.

Lyme disease PowerPoint
This is a disease in human beings that results from the bite of a tick. It is a zoonotic disease, meaning that it can be transmitted from animals to human beings through vectors, in this case, a tick. The symptoms of Lyme disease are similar to those of other common illnesses. They include fever, joint pains, fatigue, stiff neck, swollen lymph nodes and headaches among others. Even though the disease can be treated, prevention is better. In this regard, it is important to ensure that one stays away from areas that are infested with ticks and to also wear protective clothing when dealing with animals (Halperin, 2011).

Maternal/Fetal Health
Maternal and fetal health are areas that are intertwined in that maternal health is very influential in fetal health. Maternal and fetal health should be monitored periodically by health professionals. During this time, the needs of the mother and the fetus are determined. Depending on the findings, the mother is advised appropriately on what to do. Monitoring also helps detect health problems with the fetus so that corrective measures are scheduled. It is important that the mother ensures that she gets optimal nutrition as this affects the health of the fetus (Symonds, & Ramsay, 2010).

Sexually transmitted diseases
These are infections that an individual can contract by having unprotected sex with other individuals who are infected. Many sexually transmitted diseases can be treated successfully. However, other sexually transmitted diseases have no cure. This makes prevention strategies very important. In this regard, raising awareness for responsible sexual behavior is an important prevention strategy (Stanberry & Rosenthal, 2013).
