Modern business develops rapidly, however, consumers’ needs and desires grow faster. Therefore, in order to meet the client’s expectations and to get leader’s position in the market, each business aims to have an access to the newest technologies, to be the first to get the hottest news and to contact people via social networks. All these and many other benefits are now granted by Smartphone devices. First of all, new technologies, design and security, offered by such large Smartpho producers as Apple and BlackBerry sustain business companies with fast and convenient methods of communication via calls, text messages, emails, voice messages, sharing files and data. Apart of that, Smartphones allow its users to access the Internet, which means lots of applications are available, starting from social networks, which help in SMM and CRM, and modern cameras that allow to make pictures and video of high quality and resolution; ending with statistical and financial applications, that help managers to calculate, forecast and evaluate numerous rations or collect and analyze statistic data. All the advantages are hidden in a small gadget in one’s pocket, often there is no need even to take a laptop with you, as the data can be synchronized with your PC.
