Goal
The purpose of the project is to prevent child abuse in Butte County through the construction of a childcare center that will help in providing awareness, treatment, counseling, and housing services to victims of child abuse.
Process Objectives
Provide treatment and counseling services to atleast1500 victims of child abuse victims
Offer temporary housing to about 2000 victims of child abuse in Butte County
Receive 1000 referrals in through establishing a communication network with other institutions and agencies
Hire 80 employees who will provide services to victims of child abuse in the facility
Hold educational forums that will provide public awareness on the issues of child abuse within the county
Outcomes
Long term: To ensure child safety, healthy families and prevent child abuse in Butte County. The following are indicators that demonstrate achievements of the outcomes.

Methods
Provide treatment and counseling to atleast1500 victims of child abuse victims
The facility will hire professional counselors and healthcare providers who will attend to victims of child abuse in the county. The healthcare providers will mainly include nurses and physicians who will provide healthcare services to the victims and monitor their progression to ensure that positive health outcomes are achieved. Besides, the counselors will provide psychosocial healing to the victims through individual and group counseling.
Offer temporary housing to about 2000 victims of child abuse in Butte County
All the children who are victims and those at risk of abuse will be housed in the facility. These victims will only be allowed to go back to their homes when necessary measures have been put in place. One of the ways of doing these is to provide parenting classes that will educate and sensitize the parents on the adverse impacts of child abuse on children. Those who will have been neglected will be provided with residency and appropriate steps followed in trying to locate their families and also put them under foster care.
Receive 1000 referrals in through establishing a communication network with other institutions and agencies
The organization will create strong network of communications with different agencies in Butte County which will ensure that they provide referral services to various victims of child abuse to the institution. The public will also ensure that various victims of child abuse are directed to the facility through the collaboration that exists between the organization and the public.
Hire 80 employees who will provide services to victims of child abuse in the facility
The facility will hire some employees who will provide varied services to victims of child abuse. These employees include counselors, physicians, directors, managers and other support staff. These employees will ensure that the victims receive holistic care.
Hold at least 20 educational forums that provide public awareness on the issues of child abuse within the county
The facility will provide awareness to the public on matters of child abuse. The awareness will include the levels of child abuse in the county, the adverse effects on the child and the need to report any cases of abuse to the facility and other relevant authorities. Counselors and volunteers will conduct these through the website content, presentation, Social media and other methods.

Objective evaluation
