Personal fitness is very much important for our health. One has to be fit enough to carry out their day to day jobs. If one is well they can achieve whatever they set a goal. As for my personal fitness i have given a task to myself to reduce my weight. I am overweight. It has created many hurdles in the way of my daily routine life as well on my future too.
Therefore I have set a goal for myself that I will lose my weight and thus will improve my personal wellness and fitness. To be in normal shape and fit one emphasis on exercise, one emphasis on food control. But the reality is only one thing alone can’t make a change. It is a set of multiple things which can lead to the achievement of a goal.
There are many times that when I am tensed, I start eating uncontrollably. This is an unhealthy thing. It puts pressure on stomach and thus internal organs are not ready to accept this imbalance. Sometimes I feel lazy and do not take proper exercise, so the challenge is always there for me.
Losing weight is a challenge for me and I decided to lose weight within certain time period. For me the time period was the first step to achieve any goal. I decided that I will quit soda water, will drink lots of plain water. Soda water was a necessary part of my regular drinks, I used to drink about three in a day after every meal, I worked hard first on reducing its quantity and then eventually quit it.
The soda water reduction has remarkably made a positive impact on my fitness. As an alternate for soda water I started drinking clean water daily. It not only has reduced my weight but it is good for personal wellness. At the same time managing the time schedule of my meals was also a big task for me. I used to take meals with different intervals and no regular time was set. The time factor is also important factor as healthy body is one which is healthy in eating routines.
These two things had a good impact. I lost initially 3kgs weight. Now I am determined that I will lose further more. Exercise is a part of my routine. I never quit exercise. I have started cooking myself the fresh and healthier food. As I quit soda water, at the same time I also cut down on fast food. I was very fond of fast food, many times due to mismanagement of time I preferred fast foods. Fast foods are the most hazardous for the healthy well being.
As I have set these goals of taking exercise regularly, increased intake of water, time specified for the meals and reduced many unwanted habits, I have lost 3 K.gs but will do more and my goal is to reach 60 K.gs which I am sure with these efforts will be able to attain. Weight loss is indeed a big task but not an impossible one.
If one is determined he or she can definitely do it. Losing weight is a task but some take it lightly and some take it seriously. For me it is a challenge and I have accepted this challenge. Losing weight not only shows that a person wants to be presentable but it has good effects on human health thus ensuring quality life , better fitness and improved quality of work.
