Still, it is important to train people on how to go about their routine life. Work and general life form distinct parts of routine processes of humanity, as such, it is important to train people on how to handle their work and routine programs. This subject is important in that the current global trends in the business sector require that an organization assist its employees so that they can deliver their best. It is important for managers to develop the talents of their employees by training them regularly in different aspects of operation in order to enhance their experience at work. This program is designed for managers in the business sector as well as other persons with the capacity to train people to go about their life. This program will ensure that managers get to understand the secrets behind success by way of utilizing the talent and the potential of the employees.

Description of training
This training involves preparing managers and significant members of the society to enable them to help the employees and the public in their organizations to manage their routine work. Concerned persons should acquaint themselves with skills necessary to handle employees and members of the public to motivate them in order to ensure that they deliver the best to the organization and society. In training the persons concerned, they will be able to get the elementary as well as complex skills that they should apply appropriately upon different category person to lead them on how to about their routine life. Trainees will grasp the techniques that are necessary to handle the appropriate people and help them accomplish their routine work and general life competently as desirable. The training will take three weeks so that by the time the trainees leave have the required skills to help the people concerned appropriately.
Purpose of training
This training is important because different persons at the managerial and other level persons have varied competence in helping persons to handle their work and general life. As such, it is necessary to acquaint trainees with the approaches that they should use in order to help the persons concerned as appropriate. By the end of the training, trainees will have profound and thorough knowledge of the approaches that they should take in order to help persons to manage their work and life. Trainees will acquire skills and develop the appropriate experience that will enable them to deal appropriately with their respective clients.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to understand and evaluate the potential of their different category persons so that they can act appropriately to help them to achieve the goals and objectives at work and in life. At the end of the course, participants will be able to differentiate with regard to ability of different category persons to perform their duties. As such, they will learn the different ways to handle different category persons with different abilities to cope with work and life. At the end of the course, participants will be able to analyze the goals and objectives of the organization and individuals as appropriate.

Lesson plan
The training will take a maximum period of three weeks. In the first week, the trainer will introduce the participants to the environment of the place where the training will take place. Orientation will take place in order to ensure that participants are familiar with the places they are residing in. after orientation, the trainer will introduce the topic of training and highlight the benefits of training. This will enable the participants to have a general understanding of the activities and concepts that will feature during training. In the second week, the topic addressing approaches and training of clients will be discussed in detail so that the participants can understand how they should handle clients and help them to undertake their routine work effectively as desirable. In the third week, we will look at the topic addressing motivation and appraisal. During these weeks, participants will get to know details of each topic and subtopic. Each subtopic will take about two hours, holding three training sessions a day with breaks of one hour after a session. Training will take place from Mondays to Fridays. The first session will start at 8am and end at 10am. The second will start at 11an and end at 1pm. The third session will start at 2:30pm ns end at 4:30pm. Two hundred participants will avail themselves during each training session. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and contribute in the course of the training. This will enable the participants participate actively in the training sessions.
Materials and resources needed
Materials required during this exercise include pens and paper. Participants will note down different concepts regarding how they can help employees at work and members oif public in dealing with their routine life. This will enable them to keep reference materials in order to use them as reminders. Participants can carry laptops and be able to access the internet as demonstrations and other relevant information used in this training session is available in specific sites. A large room is necessary to accommodate the number of participants. The training team will organize for this. Competent trainers are necessary so that they can deliver the training details appropriately. Where necessary, participants will have access to entertainment within the institution where the training is to take place.
