For a successful implementation process of a particular project to be achieved, it is important for the project managers to ensure that particular elements are addressed. The first element of a successful implementation plan is that it is supposed to meet the perspectives and needs of all the stakeholders that will e involved in effecting the change project (Whitaker, 2016). Such a fact makes the implementation process to be all inclusive thus averting any eventualities from important stakeholders who may have been locked out of the process. Secondly, the implementation plan is supposed to be tailored in such a manner that it is in line with the available resources required in the rolling out phase of the project. This is essential as it provides a leeway through which any unforeseen expenses can be addressed. Thirdly, there needs to be an effective communication structure in place which will play the role of relaying the plan components to the major stakeholders of the project as a way of having them understand what is required of them (Hallstedt, Thompson & Lindahl, 2013). This is important as it specifies the role each individual is supposed to play to avoid duplication of functions. Finally, the implementation plan needs to have a schedule of events and timelines which will ensure that the project is completed according to the set period.
The chief communication strategy which will be employed in relaying the implementation plan elements to the key stakeholders is by holding an all inclusive board meeting. It is at this meeting that the specific requirements of the plan will be relayed to the all the personnel (Hallstedt, Thompson & Lindahl, b2013). Additionally, the use of memos, posters, and brochures containing vital information regarding the plan will be handed to the stakeholders to assist them better understand the smaller details of the project and suggest any corrections if they may be having them.
