- Who is the author of the source? The author of the book is known as Tracy Brown Collins, a published author and an editor of young adult books and the publisher/sponsor who published the book is known as Green haven Press.
- What is the title of the source? The title of the book is simply Fast Food by Tracy Brown Collins
- What is your topic for the semester? The book particularly talks about how fast food has caused obesity related illnesses and how to stay away from fast food and make the right choices for a healthy lifestyle so I chose the topic ‘health and fast food’. Plenty of fast foods are good, tasty and are loaded with calories sugar and fats. Fast foods, despite being so delicious make great changes to one’s body. You look at yourself in the mirror once and you realize your body has been changed into something different. It is proven that after eating one fast food like eggs, sandwich or sausages, a man’s arteries can dilate up to 20 percent less compared to when fasting. They cause harmful effects such obesity, high blood pressure, thrombosis, heart attacks and many other effects. Fast foods are easily available and accessible than healthy green foods. In some countries such USA fast foods are far cheaper than green foods making it hard for people to eat healthy.
