The Dream International Corporation have established the importance and need for construction of a fitness center at Woodbury University. The assessment of this proposal found it reasonable and realistic reasons to implement this proposal due to its suitability. After the assessment of this proposal, our committee proposed the implementation because fits the best criteria for suitability. The suitability of this proposal have been assessed in relation to economic, popularity, solving the problem, as well as the feasibility of the project (Blake, 2013, p.18). The project proposal should, therefore, be implemented in order to serve the body fitness issues in the University and the community around Woodbury University.

In the context of economic assessment or evaluation, this project set a realistic and reasonable budget estimates which can easily give returns on investment at the most appropriate time. The project proposal of building a fitness center is economically feasible in that it helps the students and members of the community to access the fitness exercises and services at affordable prices. This attracts a large number of students and members of the community due to affordability and accessibility. This, therefore, helps in giving higher levels of sales and income from the project. The high levels of income will enable the Dream Corporation to run successfully and enhance sustainability of the project. The prices set by the Dream Corporation are affordable and convenient to the students of Woodbury University as well as the neighboring community.
