One of the ways to counter rise of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere should be the maintenance and enhancement of the role of forests in the carbon balance of the planet. It is necessary to strengthen the protection of forests and other plants all over the world, to develop services to detect and prevent diseases of the forest and green plants.
