Conceptual framework
The integral approach being the macroeconomic tool in describing the Hafiz program application, the major indicator is the level of unemployment and livelihood among the unemployed individuals. The integral approach is essential in determination and measure of the youth’s wellbeing especially covering age bracket of over 20 years and below 35 years. At this stage, the level of unemployment is high and hence under the Hafiz program, their wellbeing is supposed to have changed. The youths are energetic and hence ready to work in both private and public institutions. Their determination is pushed through engaging them to these institutions and hence improving their living standards (Aguirre, 2007). The unemployment rate measures the vital measure of the economic development. Therefore, there is the need to ensure the unemployment rate among the youths through supporting their initiatives by Hafiz program would contribute to the economic growth.
Evaluation of quality of life under the social and civic responsibilities would also help in the determination of the impacts of development. The beneficiaries of Hafiz program are supposed to possess positive results that are in line with economic development. The integral approach measuring should be undertaken to measure the quality of life, especially for the beneficiaries to determine their position, responsiveness and social and civic responsibility (Aguirre, 2007). This would help in the Hafiz program and determine how effective program especially to unemployed youths. Access to basic needs, behavioral change, and quality of life are some of the expected results to that should provide a clear understanding of intervention evaluation. The integral approach has to ensure the both short term and long term observation correlate to all beneficiaries of Hafiz program. This outcome should be related to other people lives in the community to realize the impact of the program on the economy.
