Job Description
- Age between 40-45 years.
- Should be working as a head of department or as the number 2 in a mid-sized (100-500 employees) company.
- Should be working in current position for at least 2 years.
- Experience in managing teams in different countries.
- Based in New York City.
- Track record of managing HR operations in a fast scaling or start-up company.
- Knowledge of the IT industry is a must.
- Ability to perform certain tasks such as recruitment, talent attractions, comp structuring, employee engagement, internal communication, exposure of IT systems.
- Experience in presenting and collating HRIS to help manage employee careers and take relevant decisions.
- Strong background in HR practices, with the mindset of reducing manual effort and making the processes automated.
- Identifying training needs for individual executives and business units.
- Develop deep knowledge of the business and industry within a short space of time.
- Ensure effective communication between employees and departments.
- Successful development and implementation of HR programs and procedures.
- Lead in office administration and facility management for all company’s headquarters.
- Collaborate with partners throughout business offices in designing and maintaining HR systems for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Develop an entertainment budget for the organization and coordinating activities with all employees.
- Running social cause efforts in the name of the company and develop the image of charitable organization in the local community.
- Maintaining employee records and daily logs to ensure their performance is evaluated and appraised over a period of time.
