Current performance review
The departmental performances are based on the employee's productivity and resources availability. The measure of performance depends with the output in relation to the departmental target (Arthur, 2004). The criteria used in the performance evaluation are directed to the efficiency and effectiveness of the customers given the resources required (Noe, 2011). As a manager, the issues that are supposed to be enhanced are on teamwork whereby the employees work for a similar objective. The achievement of the target in production depends with the measures that are employed in place meeting the standards of departmental goals.
Legal compliance
The legal compliance has a major role in an organization especially in employment as it guides the processes that are lawfully recognized. Employment of the workers and resources depends with the set regulations and hence there are equitable distributions (Noe, 2011). The workforce employment criteria help in choosing the best from available employees and hence the outputs are expected to be high. The ethical attributes in organizations are concerned with are the wellbeing of the community and the workers.
Importance of feedback
Feedbacks are essential in ensuring both the employees and manager are informed of the results in performance of an organization. The major concerns are on the wellbeing of company and improvement in productivity (Noe, 2011). The applicable approaches in the feedback are employees to managers, manager to employees and employees to employees. The three approaches have a major role in ensuring all the stakeholders in production have a common objectives and goals (Arthur, 2004). The best approach is manager to employees as it helps in the creation of the right channel in information flow in an organization.
