As we know the first thing that an employee catches is the writing style. So, the employer should be really careful about grammar, spelling, and style. Also, the whole view of the advert should be attractive. It should display the advantages of a company and particularly advantage for an employee.
Considering previous information I think that Mortgage Underwriter advertisement is the worst one. Firstly, your advertisement should be informative. Here we can see a lot of requirements but nothing about privileges that an employee will have. Also, there is no way to connect with the employer if there is any question. A good advert should contain advantages for and employee and I cannot find even one here.
The best advertisement, in my opinion, is Elementary School Teacher advert. Here we have every single point of a good advert presented. We have a solid explanation of the job requirements. The definition of hard notions like Uncommon Schools is provided. They mention all the peculiarities of the job and the required skills that the employee should possess. Besides, they mentioned the compensation they can provide (laptop, internet connection, all needed tools to succeed, etc.). Then at the end, they give the instructions how to contact them. By the way, they mention that all the employees have equal rights and opportunity to get a job.
