With unionization, workers rely on unions, so individual working cannot be ensured. However, instances may occur when employees are no longer with decisions of unions, but despite of this they cannot work independently and alone as they are bound with union. Further, hard working labors may be devaluated. Unionization ensures fair wage, which indicates that all employees working at the same level are given same wage, but as a matter of fact this is not a good for a business. This is because, some workers in an organization deserve higher wage as compared to others. High quality workers, however, feel that the organization does not value them because of which they feel unmotivated. Chances of strike are also there if there is disagreement between management and representatives of union. However, non-unionized workers can also strike because of lack of collective bargaining, which will pave the way to serious hardships in financial terms. With unionization, certain disputes may arise that may not be solved by employees and management. Every employee must have to pay union dues, even if they are not in the favor of unionization. Furthermore, unionization may also lead to reduction of hiring flexibility, and also to decreased control on human resources. It may pave the way to more arbitrations and lawsuits. However, unions can become frustrating for employees if employees do not have amicable relation with union.

This will help Shawn and other workers to resolve their conflicts that they have with management.
However, management will also become capable of considering employees, their needs and wants, and ensuing effective organization by allocating tasks and resources in an appropriate manner. Collective bargaining can ensure security of Shawn and other workers helps in prohibiting strikes, reducing favoritism and bias, and stabilization of business as employees do not have any fear of wage cuts and lay off; they feel more stability and security in their job. Also collective bargaining ensures stability of management by helping the management to determine its budget after giving wages and benefits in order to facilitate workers in most effectual manner.
