Thesis: With regard to the educational institutions, the government should bring a law in the state so as to ensure gender equality by making room for disciplinary action against any person(s) who would be responsible for inflicting discriminatory behavior on an individual based on his or her gender identity, and there have to be autonomous committees that would be empowered with the responsibility of taking disciplinary steps against the people responsible for the unsolicited discrimination.
