Making the right choices in various aspects, particularly personal interest is one of the traits that I wish to improve as a way of enhancing the process of decision-making in the future. In order to achieve this, I attend various leadership programs and seminars so as to learn more on various leadership styles as a way of identifying my strengths and shortcomings and look for the ways improving various personal aspects.
