However, nowadays there are a lot of science fiction films about space such as Star Track, Star Wars, The Martian. But unfortunately, they are based not on real facts and data. That is why the viewers receive false information concerning space and its objects. The paper will reveal some important facts concerning Mars and The moon.
First of all, few people really know that Mars is a planet and the Moon is a natural satellite. The planet Mars is the fourth planet from the Sun that has his own satellites – Phobos and Deimos. The moon is also a natural satellite of our planet – the Earth. The natural satellites are also called the moons and have no special functions. They just orbit around the planets with different speed. Although, the Moon influences on the low and high tides that happen on the Earth.
Secondly, the people have only landed on the Moon, but have never been to Mars. Only twelve people had an opportunity to walk on the Moon. Thirdly, the gravity on Mars is stronger than on the Moon. Also, the percentage of oxygen on Mars is higher than on the Moon. That is why astronauts consider a colonization of Mars and prepare for a human mission.
